Delicious Pancakes Recipe


  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Step 1: Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well to ensure even distribution of the dry ingredients.

Step 2: Mix Wet Ingredients

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and vegetable oil until well combined.

Step 3: Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients

Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined. It’s okay if the batter is slightly lumpy.

Step 4: Cook the Pancakes

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Scoop 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another minute or until golden brown.
